Welcome to the 2024 February Freeze! We’re kicking off National Cardiac Rehab Week with not just exercise; but a celebration of resilience and heart health.
This year all participants have the opportunity to participate in person! On Sunday, February 11, 2024 the February Freeze will be held at the Founder’s Park Shelter. Race will start at noon, round trip starting at Founder’s Park Shelter to the turnaround point at Sioux Park. Event refreshments will be available and door prizes will be drawn immediately after the race. Winners will be announced after the race.

Long sleeve t-shirts are available to purchase at Cardiac Rehab in Monument Health for $20 (Rapid City Location, please use Entrance #6). Hours include: 8-4:30 on Tuesday’s & Thursday’s, and 8AM-5:15PM on Monday’s, Wednesday’s, & Friday’s. You may call 605-755-8208 regarding t-shirts and any questions. Limited quantities available on race day.
